This week I am joined by Art Activist, Transformative Facilitator, Spiritual Coach and Healer Jasmine Renae Hayden. Jasmine opens up about her multicultural upbringing and early religious influences. She shines a light on the work she does to help liberate others from trans-generational trauma reminding the audience the purpose is to know the difference between the trauma we pick up along our own journey and the trauma that is absorbed through our lineage--so we can work to release and heal our ancestors, our descendants, and ourselves. We unpack her work as an art activist and highlight how art can be vehicle of social change and a permanent record and reflection of how we respond to society, conflict, injustice, and joy. To learn more about Jasmine and the work she does, head over to her website. Follow her on Instagram @jasminehaydenn and @here.wegrow
