This week I am joined by Dr. Polly Young-Eisendrath, she is a Jungian analyst, psychologist, teacher, author, Buddhist, and podcaster. Dr. Young-Eisendrath shares an early childhood experience of being an elective mute and learning the meaning of "war," which had a significant impact on her life journey. She shares leaving her religion of origin and why it was important to her to not give her intellect away when it came to cultivating a religious and spiritual life. We highlight her book "Love Between Equals: Relationships as a Spiritual Path" which offers her version of personal love as a spiritual path.
